The Department of Energy has announced a delay in the submission date for the third window of bidding for renewable energy suppliers.   1. Noting new for our government. They want to help grow small businesses to aid in the relieving of poverty but then do something like this. Wonder if we will ever see the government actually try to alleviate poverty.
