NERSA has released an Issues Paper on Implementation Rules with respect to the draft Integrated Resource Plan 2010. This was apparently released sometime during October, according to the document date, however no public announcement of this public consultation document was ever made that we are aware of.
This document states that it aims to solicit public opinion on issues related to implementation of the draft IRP as well as the respective roles of those involved in the implementation process.
Stakeholders are invited to present their views on this Issues Paper at the IRP 2010 Public Hearings as well as through written submissions which are due by 10 December 2010.
